  1. Rinse the fish, pat dry, and rub with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and half the lemon juice.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the fish in 1 tbsp oil until cooked through and lightly browned, then keep warm.
  3. Dice the tomatoes, onion, and chili. Toss with the remaining lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Steam the attiéké over simmering water for about 10 minutes, fluffing it so the grains separate.
  5. Drizzle the attiéké with the remaining oil and toss gently.
  6. Serve the attiéké with the grilled fish and the fresh tomato-onion relish.
