Preparación
- Pound the steaks until very thin, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs mixed with minced garlic and chopped parsley, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each steak in flour, shake off the excess, dip in egg, then press firmly into the breadcrumbs so the coating sticks evenly.
- Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- Fry the milanesas in batches until deep golden on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and season lightly with salt.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
