Préparation

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Beat in the eggs and warm milk to form a soft, smooth dough, then knead until elastic.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 8–10 balls. Roll each into a thin round, brush generously with melted ghee, and stack the rounds.
  4. Press the stack into a round baking pan, brush the top with more ghee, and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
  5. Let it rest 20 minutes, then bake at 180°C until golden, about 25–30 minutes.
  6. Pour warm honey over the hot bread and serve immediately, pulling it apart by hand.
