Yapılışı

Slice the linguiça lengthwise. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan. Brown the steaks and sausage, then set them aside.
In the same pan, soften the onion and garlic. Add the tomato purée, beer, port, and bay leaves, and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Layer each sandwich with bread, ham, steak, sausage, and more ham, then close with a second slice of bread.
Cover each sandwich with cheese and bake or grill until the cheese melts.
Fry the eggs. Spoon the hot sauce over the sandwiches and top each with a fried egg.
