Stackplate Sponsor Terms

1. Parties and scope
1.1. These Sponsor Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Abdullah Emin Esen, who runs getstackplate.com (“Stackplate”), and the person or organisation that buys a sponsor slot at getstackplate.com/sponsor (“Sponsor”).
1.2. These Terms are part of the Stackplate Terms of Use, which apply to anything not covered here.
1.3. By sending a sponsor request, the Sponsor confirms it has read and accepts these Terms. As a sponsor slot is bought for business or professional purposes, the Sponsor is not treated as a consumer.
2. The sponsor slot
2.1. Each “page” of sponsor slots has 6 slots beside the Site’s search, three on each side on desktop, shown as a strip along the bottom on phones.
2.2. A slot shows:
a) the Sponsor’s name (up to 32 characters);
b) an optional one-line tagline (up to 70 characters);
c) a logo (the image link the Sponsor provides, or otherwise the website’s icon);
d) the word “Sponsored” and a link to the Sponsor’s website.
2.3. Slots appear the same on every page of the Site, in every language and theme. Stackplate does not guarantee any number of views, clicks, visitors, sales or results.
2.4. Stackplate may change the Site’s design and the look, position and size of the slots, as long as their overall visibility is not significantly reduced.
3. Price, duration and pages
3.1. A slot is rented for 30 days.
3.2. Each of the 6 slots on the first page costs USD 100. When every slot on a page is taken, a new page opens and its slots cost twice the previous page’s (USD 100, 200, 400 and so on). A slot’s current price is shown before the request is sent. At most 12 pages can open.
3.3. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are sent to the Sponsor by email with the payment details, so the Sponsor sees the amount before paying.
3.4. The 30 days start when Stackplate approves the slot and it goes live, not on the payment date. At the end the slot frees up automatically and becomes available to others. There is no automatic renewal; to keep the slot, send a new request when it becomes free.
4. Request and payment
4.1. The Sponsor picks a free slot and enters its website, name, optional tagline and logo link, and email address.
4.2. When the request is sent, the slot is reserved for the Sponsor for 3 days. Sending a request is free and does not oblige the Sponsor to pay.
4.3. Stackplate reviews the request (section 5) and, if it is accepted, emails the payment details (for example, bank transfer details), usually within one business day. Payment is made directly to Stackplate, and the Sponsor receives the payment document the law requires. Stackplate never asks for card details.
4.4. If payment is not made within the reservation period, the reservation lapses and the slot is for sale again. If a payment arrives after that and the slot has gone to someone else, Stackplate offers another free slot; if the Sponsor declines, the full payment is refunded.
4.5. The slot goes live when the payment reaches Stackplate.
5. Review and approval
5.1. Every request is reviewed by Stackplate before payment details are sent, usually within one business day.
5.2. Stackplate may reject a slot if:
a) its content breaks the rules in section 6;
b) the linked site does not work or carries a malware or phishing risk;
c) there are reasonable grounds to think it could harm Stackplate’s reputation or mislead users.
5.3. No payment is asked for a rejected request; Stackplate tells the Sponsor the reason by email and frees the slot. If, after payment, the slot cannot go live for a reason that comes up later, the full amount is refunded.
5.4. Instead of rejecting, Stackplate may ask the Sponsor to fix the content, or make small fixes (a typo, the logo link) with the Sponsor’s agreement.
6. Content rules
6.1. The name, tagline, logo and linked website:
a) must not break the laws of Türkiye or of the countries where the Site is available;
b) must comply with Turkish advertising law (Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices) and must not be misleading, deceptive or comparative advertising;
c) must not contain obscenity, violence, hate speech, discrimination or political propaganda;
d) must not promote tobacco, alcoholic drinks, gambling or betting, weapons, prescription medicines, adult content, crypto assets, high-risk investments or pyramid schemes;
e) must not claim that food or food supplements prevent or cure disease;
f) must not infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright, personality or other rights;
g) must not send users to malware, phishing or fraud sites.
6.2. The Sponsor confirms it holds all rights needed for the name, logo and other content in the slot, and gives Stackplate a free, non-exclusive permission to show them on the Site during the sponsorship and in the Site’s promotional material (screenshots, promo videos).
6.3. To change live content, the Sponsor writes to esenabdullahemin@gmail.com. Changes go live after review.
7. Taking a slot down
7.1. If a live slot comes to break section 6 (for example, the linked site’s content changes), Stackplate may take it down immediately and will tell the Sponsor.
7.2. There is no refund if the slot is taken down because it broke section 6. If Stackplate takes it down on its own decision, through no fault of the Sponsor, the remaining days are refunded pro rata.
8. Refunds
8.1. Once a slot is live, there are no refunds except as described in sections 7.2 and 9.
8.2. Before a slot goes live, the Sponsor can withdraw the request; any payment made is refunded in full.
8.3. Refunds are made to the original payment method (for example, the bank account the payment came from). A refunded slot is removed from the Site and put up for sale again.
9. Outages
9.1. If the Site is down for more than 48 hours in total during a sponsorship, Stackplate extends the sponsorship by the length of the outage.
9.2. If Stackplate shuts the Site down altogether, the remaining days are refunded pro rata.
10. Liability
10.1. The Sponsor alone is responsible for claims arising from the slot’s content and the linked website, and will compensate Stackplate for losses from third-party claims about that content.
10.2. Stackplate’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the slot concerned. This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence.
11. Personal data
The Sponsor’s email address is used only for messages about the order, review, refunds and the sponsorship, and is never shown on the Site. See the Privacy Policy for details.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
If this translation and the Turkish text differ, the Turkish text prevails.

Madde 1 – Taraflar ve Kapsam
1.1. Bu Sponsorluk Koşulları (“Koşullar”), getstackplate.com’u işleten Abdullah Emin Esen (“Stackplate”) ile getstackplate.com/sponsor sayfasından sponsorluk alanı satın alan gerçek veya tüzel kişi (“Sponsor”) arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler.
1.2. Bu Koşullar, Stackplate Kullanım Sözleşmesi’nin eki ve ayrılmaz parçasıdır. Bu Koşullarda düzenlenmeyen hususlarda Kullanım Sözleşmesi uygulanır.
1.3. Sponsor, sponsorluk talebini göndererek bu Koşulları okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Sponsorluk alanı ticari veya mesleki amaçla satın alındığından, Sponsor’un tüketici sayılmadığı kabul edilir.
Madde 2 – Sponsorluk Alanı
2.1. Sponsorluk alanları, Site’nin arama bölümünün yanında, masaüstünde her iki yanda üçer adet olmak üzere bir “sayfada” toplam 6 alandan oluşur; mobil cihazlarda ekranın alt kısmında bir şerit halinde gösterilir.
2.2. Bir sponsorluk alanında şunlar gösterilir:
a) Sponsor’un adı (en fazla 32 karakter),
b) İsteğe bağlı tek satırlık tanıtım yazısı (en fazla 70 karakter),
c) Logo (Sponsor’un verdiği görsel bağlantısı; verilmezse Sponsor’un web sitesinin simgesi),
d) “Sponsorlu” ibaresi ve Sponsor’un web sitesine giden bağlantı.
2.3. Sponsorluk alanları Site’nin tüm sayfalarında, tüm dillerde ve tüm temalarda aynı şekilde gösterilir. Stackplate, belirli bir görüntülenme, tıklama, ziyaretçi sayısı, satış veya sonuç taahhüt etmez.
2.4. Stackplate, Site’nin tasarımını ve sponsorluk alanlarının görünümünü, konumunu ve boyutunu, alanın genel görünürlüğünü önemli ölçüde azaltmayacak şekilde değiştirebilir.
Madde 3 – Fiyat, Süre ve Sayfalar
3.1. Sponsorluk alanı 30 gün süreyle kiralanır.
3.2. İlk sayfadaki 6 alanın her birinin ücreti 100 ABD Doları’dır. Bir sayfadaki tüm alanlar dolduğunda yeni bir sayfa açılır ve yeni sayfadaki alanların ücreti bir önceki sayfanın iki katıdır (100, 200, 400 ABD Doları ve devamı). Bir alanın güncel ücreti, talep gönderilmeden önce sponsorluk sayfasında gösterilir. En fazla 12 sayfa açılabilir.
3.3. Uygulanacak vergiler ve ödenecek nihai tutar, ödeme bilgileriyle birlikte Sponsor’a e-postayla bildirilir. Sponsor ödemeyi yapmadan önce bu tutarı görmüş olur.
3.4. 30 günlük süre, sponsorluk alanının Stackplate tarafından onaylanıp yayına alındığı andan itibaren başlar; ödeme tarihinden değil. Süre sonunda alan otomatik olarak boşalır ve başka bir sponsora açılır. Otomatik yenileme yoktur; aynı alanı tekrar kiralamak isteyen Sponsor, alan boşaldığında yeni bir talep göndermelidir.
Madde 4 – Talep ve Ödeme Süreci
4.1. Sponsor, sponsorluk sayfasında boş bir alan seçer ve web sitesi adresini, adını, isteğe bağlı tanıtım yazısını ve logo bağlantısını ve e-posta adresini girer.
4.2. Talep gönderildiğinde seçilen alan 3 gün süreyle Sponsor adına ayrılır. Talep göndermek ücretsizdir ve Sponsor’a ödeme yükümlülüğü getirmez.
4.3. Stackplate talebi inceler (Madde 5) ve uygun bulursa, genellikle 1 iş günü içinde, ödeme bilgilerini (ör. banka havalesi/EFT bilgileri) Sponsor’a e-postayla gönderir. Ödeme doğrudan Stackplate’e yapılır; ödemeye ilişkin belge, mevzuatın gerektirdiği şekilde Sponsor’a iletilir. Stackplate hiçbir aşamada kart bilgisi istemez.
4.4. Ödeme, ayırma süresi içinde yapılmazsa ayırma kalkar ve alan yeniden satışa açılır. Ayırma süresi dolduktan sonra yapılan bir ödemede seçilen alan başkasına verilmişse, Sponsor’a başka bir boş alan önerilir; Sponsor kabul etmezse ödemenin tamamı iade edilir.
4.5. Ödeme Stackplate’in hesabına ulaştığında sponsorluk alanı yayına alınır.
Madde 5 – İnceleme ve Onay
5.1. Her sponsorluk talebi, ödeme bilgileri gönderilmeden önce Stackplate tarafından incelenir. İnceleme genellikle 1 iş günü içinde tamamlanır.
5.2. Stackplate, aşağıdaki durumlarda sponsorluğu reddedebilir:
a) İçeriğin Madde 6’daki kurallara aykırı olması;
b) Bağlantı verilen sitenin çalışmaması, zararlı yazılım veya kimlik avı riski taşıması;
c) Sponsorluğun Stackplate’in itibarına zarar verebileceğine veya kullanıcıları yanıltabileceğine dair makul gerekçe bulunması.
5.3. Reddedilen talepler için ödeme istenmez; Stackplate reddin gerekçesini Sponsor’a e-posta ile bildirir ve ayrılan alan serbest bırakılır. Ödeme alındıktan sonra ortaya çıkan bir sebeple sponsorluk yayına alınamazsa, ödenen tutarın tamamı iade edilir.
5.4. Stackplate, reddetmek yerine Sponsor’dan içeriği düzeltmesini isteyebilir veya Sponsor’un onayıyla küçük düzeltmeler (yazım hatası, logo bağlantısı gibi) yapabilir.
Madde 6 – İçerik Kuralları
6.1. Sponsorluk alanında yer alan ad, tanıtım yazısı, logo ve bağlantı verilen web sitesi:
a) Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatına ve Site’nin erişildiği ülkelerin mevzuatına aykırı olamaz;
b) 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Ticari Reklam ve Haksız Ticari Uygulamalar Yönetmeliği’ne uygun olmalı; yanıltıcı, aldatıcı veya karşılaştırmalı reklam içeremez;
c) Müstehcenlik, şiddet, nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık veya siyasi propaganda içeremez;
ç) Tütün ürünleri, alkollü içkiler, kumar ve bahis, silah, reçeteli ilaç, yetişkin içerik, kripto varlık ve yüksek riskli yatırım ürünleri ile piramit satış sistemlerini tanıtamaz;
d) Gıda takviyeleri veya gıdalar için hastalıkları önleme veya tedavi etme iddiası taşıyamaz;
e) Üçüncü kişilerin marka, telif, kişilik veya diğer haklarını ihlal edemez;
f) Kullanıcıları zararlı yazılım, kimlik avı veya dolandırıcılık sitelerine yönlendiremez.
6.2. Sponsor, sponsorluk alanında kullandığı ad, logo ve diğer içerikler üzerinde gerekli tüm haklara sahip olduğunu beyan ve taahhüt eder ve Stackplate’e, bu içerikleri sponsorluk süresince Site’de ve Site’nin tanıtım görsellerinde (ekran görüntüleri, tanıtım videoları) gösterme konusunda ücretsiz, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni verir.
6.3. Sponsor, yayındaki içeriğini değiştirmek istediğinde esenabdullahemin@gmail.com adresine yazabilir. Değişiklikler yeniden incelemeden sonra uygulanır.
Madde 7 – Yayından Kaldırma
7.1. Yayına alınmış bir sponsorluğun Madde 6’ya aykırı hale geldiği (örneğin bağlantı verilen sitenin içeriğinin değişmesi) tespit edilirse, Stackplate sponsorluğu derhal yayından kaldırabilir ve durumu Sponsor’a bildirir.
7.2. Kaldırma, Sponsor’un Madde 6’ya aykırılığından kaynaklanıyorsa iade yapılmaz. Kaldırma Stackplate’in kendi kararından (Sponsor’un kusuru olmaksızın) kaynaklanıyorsa, kalan günler için orantılı iade yapılır.
Madde 8 – İade
8.1. Sponsorluk yayına alındıktan sonra, Madde 7.2 ve Madde 9 dışındaki hallerde iade yapılmaz.
8.2. Sponsorluk henüz yayına alınmamışsa, Sponsor talebini geri çekebilir; ödeme yapılmışsa tamamı iade edilir.
8.3. İadeler, ödemenin yapıldığı yönteme (ör. ödemenin geldiği banka hesabına) yapılır. İade edilen sponsorluk alanı Site’den kaldırılır ve yeniden satışa açılır.
Madde 9 – Hizmet Kesintileri
9.1. Site’nin sponsorluk süresi içinde toplam 48 saati aşan kesintiye uğraması halinde, Stackplate kesinti süresi kadar sponsorluk süresini uzatır.
9.2. Stackplate’in Site’yi tamamen kapatması halinde, kalan günler için orantılı iade yapılır.
Madde 10 – Sorumluluk
10.1. Sponsor, sponsorluk içeriğinden ve bağlantı verdiği web sitesinden doğan her türlü talepten tek başına sorumludur ve bu içerik nedeniyle Stackplate’e yöneltilebilecek üçüncü kişi taleplerinde Stackplate’in uğradığı zararları tazmin eder.
10.2. Stackplate’in bu Koşullardan doğan toplam sorumluluğu, ilgili sponsorluk için ödenen tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlama kast ve ağır ihmal hallerinde uygulanmaz.
Madde 11 – Kişisel Veriler
Sponsor’un verdiği e-posta adresi yalnızca sipariş, onay, iade ve sponsorlukla ilgili iletişim için kullanılır ve Site’de gösterilmez. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’nde yer alır.
Madde 12 – Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
